Due to the interchangeability of our parts and their technical nature, we only take orders by telephone. We believe completing orders by phone is the best way to assure that you get the parts you need.

For International Orders we understand that time zone and language differences sometimes make phone calls very difficult. So in these cases we can accept orders by email. We do ask for your patience with email orders, if it is your first order it often takes a few emails to work out the order. As one of the final steps in an International Order, we will send you a Sales Order Confirmation. It will contain all your shipping information and the complete list of parts being ordered. PLEASE REVIEW THIS CAREFULLY, both the items ordered and the shipping information and notify us of any corrections. If there were mistakes we’ll then send a corrected confirmation for additional review. This is your opportunity to make certain you get your proper order and get it delivered to the correct location. We will ship what is on the order confirmation to the location listed.
Each page on our website contains a highlighted link to a PDF document with a complete list of all the parts we offer in that category. On these documents we list specific dimensions of each part and current pricing. The pricing in each of these PDF’s is kept up-to-date and we honor the price even if we have neglected to update the PDF. In the bottom right corner of each PDF is an effective date.
For telephone orders, we will obtain your credit card information at the conclusion of your order. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. We do not accept PayPal for domestic orders.
For international email orders, payments can be made via PayPal. Once you have approved your sales order confirmation we will forward our PayPal payment information.
Domestic US: Orders to US locations are shipped UPS Ground (expedited shipping available upon request).
International orders: Orders outside the US are generally shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited. We have negotiated special international shipping rates with UPS. The rate is comparable to that of USPS, best of all it is insured to all countries, is fully trackable, and often presented for customs clearance in 3 days. As part of our negotiated rate, UPS does not collect an additional brokerage fee. They do collect any applicable duties or taxes.
